Lisa Tengbom is a Los Angeles–based strategy specialist advising growth-stage organizations on scalable operating models and long-term growth strategy. Her work centers on organizational design, structural alignment, and data-driven growth frameworks that enable leadership teams to scale with clarity, governance, and disciplined execution.
